My RAMs are a pair of Kingston HyperX, and I had no problem with them until recently. I upgraded to AMD FX-8300 CPU, then I tested out with running Battlefield 1. One match went very smooth until at the end where showing results of the match. My computer went froze. I restart my system, and I found out that one of my RAMs is not working properly like one RAM is working properly while other's not. Even I cleaned my rig, applied thermal paste properly, and resetted CMOS, same issue occurs. Then, I tried to boot with one RAM at a time, sadly, one RAM booted successfully, while other RAM failed to boot.

I booted my rig while RAMs are plugged to diagnose. According to Windows Task Manager, memory usage is 4GB and "Hardware Reserved" is 2GB. However, according to HWMonitor and CPU-Z, both RAM are detected. So, I ran Memtest86+, but it tested only one RAM, resulting that no issue has found. After few days, I tested both RAMs on motherboard with Intel i5-4570 3.20GHz, and both RAM are booting properly. I also tested 2 (Samsung 4GB PC3-12800) RAMs on my AMD motherboard, and they also are working properly.

I still haven't figured out why AMD motherboard is not working with one Kingston HyperX anymore. Is AMD motherboard a cause, or the RAM?

I acquire your expertise why this issue happens.

Solution
For that speed do those settings look fine.:) With only adjusting the speed you probably were using wrong timings which made things not run well.
Since running fine now do i assume that it will keep on doing that. ;)

Did you update to that bios yourself before upgrading the cpu? You don't need that Beta bios since the F13 already supports the cpu. Might want to reflash to the older F13.

Can you with one stick look in the bios at the MIT and look for AMP or DOCP to enable, this might set the ram up correctly looking at timings, speed and voltage. After that try adding the second stick.

What speed and timings does the ram work at right now,use cpu-z (freeware) and look under the "memory tab" for that.

Yes. I updated BIOS via using @BIOS. I reflashed back to F13 version.

I stuck one RAM to boot, and enabled DOCP by selecting Profile1. Second RAM is now able to boot and to use. Before this, I selected DDR1600 of DOCP, but second RAM did not work.

Right now,
NB Freq 2200MHz; DRAM Freq 800MHz; FSB DRAM 1:4
CL 9 clocks / tRCD 9 clocks / tRP 9 clocks / tRAS 27 clocks / tRC 36 clocks

Currently, it is now working properly. I will keep using same RAMs for a couple of days before I select "Best Answer". I will let you know how they go.
