I purchased an asrock b150m motherboard on march 1st with the intentions of using it with a g4560 processor. I have not received the cpu yet, but if I had to take a wild guess Id say I will not be able to post with the kaby lake cpu. Anyways, in the event I can not post, what should I do? Replace the motherboard? Take it to a local computer store? Shove a usb with a bios update into the board and do a quick rain dance?

If a shop is available and they will flash it at a fair price that's great , if not get a B250 board.
Kaby Lake BIOSes came out last October, your mobo may come with the right BIOS for Kaby Lake. But if you want a guarantee it will work, and you're still able to return it, you can get a B250 instead. Or as others have said, if you have a computer shop nearby that will flash BIOS for you, you can do that.
