So, I just bought a Ryzen PC and now waiting for my free AM4 kit from Be Quiet! for my Dark Rock Pro 3. The thing is, it is taking too long for it to be delivered to me and I can't use/test my build until it arrives. My question is, would it be safe to use thermal paste and put my cooler on top without using the brackets I am waiting for? Or would it be impossible for it to sit down properly without them?
Can I test my build without AM4 brackets for cooler?
