I'm upgrading from a Pentium G4400 to an i3 6100. I understand that as the i3 6100 uses hyperthreading, I will have to update the BIOS on what order do I do this? Do I change the CPU first, then update the bios with a Flash stick, or, update the BIOS first then change the CPU?
Edit: Do I even need to update the BIOS, to be able to use an i3 6100? It does not look like I need a different BIOS version for CPUs that can Hyperthread than thoses that do not. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H110M-PRO-VD.html#down-bios
