I need a decent motherboard that will run my fx 8320e with no problems and maybe slight overclocking but not much. I would prefer an atx but a matx woild work too. I need to be under $60 and no more. It would be great if it had 2 system fan headers and a cpu header. If its possible at this price point, usb 3.0 connector for the front of the case.

That's the best I could find for your description, but it lacks the 3.0 header. Wait a bit, someone else might have a better budget suggestion.
