Thanks to all of you that have been pointing me in this direction, first of all, but now that I decided on the ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid III-140 but since my card is non-reference, I will not be able to use the included VRAM heatsink. Before I go further, should I have made the decision to go with the NZXT Kraken G10? But back to the main point, What do I do about cooling the VRM and stuff? I dont want to just fry my card after all of this whole thing and finally getting so close to having nice temps for OC and then just kill it. Please someone give me any ideas you have or if someone has done this before that would be even better! Anyway, thank you everyone who has been helping and I'm almost there so please help me with this last part. Thanks

I know people use small heatsinks that have some kind of stick on thermal pad, for chips that don't have third party heatsinks made specially for them. Something like that might be an option. Usually you see these used on motherboard VRMs, but assuming they don't get in the way of something I don't see why you couldn't use them on a videocard.

The above are just examples, finding some that will fit adequately on your 980ti with it's Arctic cooler shouldn't be much a problem. Here's a thread re the same topic, for the 980ti with pics https://community.futuremark.com/forum/showthread.php?183196-Help-needed-tracking-down-VRM-heatsinks-for-980-TI-G1-s
