Optical vs Laser GAMING mouse

Hi, been checking/reading/comparing a lot about optical mouse vs laser mouse for gaming. According to my conclusion the optical is the best, maybe am wronged! Any advice?

I use to own a naga and deathadder chorma, both optical. However i use to set the poll to 1k for best precision in everything. I use a laser sensor now. For me laser feels better but it does not matter what you choose as long as it has high polling, the accuracy will always be good. Btw polling is how fast the info from mouse to computer gets sent. The higher thenpolling the faster movement with mouse is read.

It's not as important as just reading a review on the particular mouse you are interested in. Laser is often touted as more accurate but may use more power. Technically it's still an optical mouse if it uses a laser, the only difference is the type of light it's using.
