Corsair Case Fans Used As A CPU Heatsink Swap?

So I have this Hyper T4 CPU cooler and it obviously came with it's own fan. However, overtime I've noticed my computer getting louder and louder and whenever I speak through my headset it sounds like I'm in a wind tunnel!

My question is, is it possible to mount a case fan (specifically a Corsair Air series) to the heatsink? I am 90% sure that most of the noise (and vibrations) are coming from the fan that came with the heatsink. So since I am going to replace all of my case fans with those Corsair Air Series fans, I was just wondering if I could possible make it all match.

If this is not possible, where can I find a better fan for my heatsink that won't be so noisy?

All responses and recommendations are greatly appreciated, thank you! :)

The fans I will be using

The fan that is already on the heatsink seems to have the brackets that detach and can be fitted with a different fan. Corsair SP fans may be a better choice for a heatsink. SP being Static Pressure and AF being Air Flow.

I've been searching around and I can't seem to find any sort of brackets to attach to the fan to in turn, attach to the heatsink. Do you happen to know of any?
