I've been experiencing this problem since the other day. When I cut the power off (turn off AVR) and then turn it on to boot the system this problem shows up and I had to set the date and time which is not convenient for every time I turn on the system. I already replaced the CMOS battery.
I started experiencing this when I tried to OC my memory timing like 6-6-6-24 like that but the current bios settings(default) for memory timings are somewhere at 3-3-3-9 but I know this is abnormal since the factory default is 7-7-7-20.

mb: foxconn g41mxe
memory: samsung 4gb ddr3 1333mhz 7-7-7-20

I don't know if this is an overclocking issue or motherboard issue. Thanks for your help

You've done with should reasonably resolve your BIOS issues but you still get BIOS errors.

I would plan on replacing your motherboard fairly soon.

NOT RECOMMENDING THE BELOW, just sharing something I've done a few times.
You could try to flash the BIOS with a new version but given the apparent state of your PC this might leave you with an unbootable PC and so should only be done as a last ditch effort. I have done this a couple of times over the years. Twice the bios refused to flash. A couple of times it resolved the issue. Once the issue remained (something wrong with the battery mount as it turned out). Most of time the system became unusable. So only an option if you have access to another PC and can accept the risk that you...

already have reset the bios using:
through the physical jumpers
in the bios interface
reseat cmos battery

reseat memory, reseat cables

I encounter this problem everytime I left the computer completely off (off the wall socket) like 10 minutes then turn it on. Meanwhile, While I left the computer completely off(still connected to the wall socket) more like a sleep It doesn't show the problem

No I am not the harbinger of death for BIOS chips, I've seen a lot of PCs in the course of my work; the overall percentage of PCs with bios issues is quite small.

Well I think I'll cope with the problem, It just a matter of clicks and presses to update the time and date to save money in buying a new motherboard. I'll just ignore the problem though. Thanks for this
