So, I've been having this weird glitching while watching anything from any channel (hulu, amazon, youtube) and I don't know what the situation is about it. My current build is this:
Intel i5-7500
Gigabyte h270 gaming 3
Corsair h60
4x4 ddr4 RAM @ 2400 mhx, but weirdly only running at 2133 mhz
evga gtx 1060 3 gb ftw edition (about to become an rx 480 8 gb)
Samsung 850 250 gb
Western digital 1 tb
Corsair spec-02 red led
What I don't understand is why I'm getting this glitching, because I didn't have it this bad with my AMD FX 8320E build. Sometimes I'll go to another tab (I have several due to graduating college soon, with some of them youtube because I'll either need it for class or for personal use) and chrome will crash, but will reload after a second of thinking. If it's from the wifi, I'm actually using AT&T 2wire base internet with a single wifi range extender, because I live in the basement.
If anyone knows what I can do to make this better, or to switch back to my old AMD 8320E, or should I go to a more powerful card like the rx 480 (please don't fight about the card, I've set my eyes on it), or what do you guys think?
