Heatsink problem. Help

Are we talking about stock coolers or aftermarket heatsinks?
As far as I know, the screw spacing is the same on both sockets and they both use that hideous AMD plastic thing for stock cooler mounting.
I'm talking about this ugly piece of plastic (many are just black).
