Please Help Me Choose A Graphics Card!

Hello, so I am not the most educated in the field of pc gaming parts and which ones I should get. I was wondering if anyone could help me choose a graphics card, I want to get a Nvidia graphics card for my gaming pc where I play mostly Rainbow Six siege but I want a graphics card strong enough to play the biggest games at top quality. I currently have an AMD Radeon R9 200 series. So if anyone could tell me the best Nvidia graphics card to get with a budget of around $100-$300 that would be great thanks! (Ps. the budget is more for a used graphics card, obviously that isnt very much money for a new one)

PSU: Not sure
Mobo: ASRock H97M-ITX/ac LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6G

If you do a quick search you'll find that the i5-4690 does not bottleneck the GTX 1070, though I'd also suggest the GTX 1060 if the 1070's 330USD+ price tag is a stretch
