"Gaming Computer" Lags Pretty Bad.

I don't know why i am lagging as much as i do in games like arma 3, h1z1 and ark.
I play minecraft sometimes and i only get about 300 fps usually.

Specs---------------------------------
Cpu: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 680k
Ram: 8GB
Graphics Card: Gtx 1070

Holy crap.... The bottleneck is INSANE!!!!
An Athlon 680K and a 1070!?
Basically your system is only working to the maximum potential of the processor. Your GPU is probably at %20 usage on games and such.
You definitely need a heavy CPU upgrade.
My recommendation:
i5-7600K
i5-6600K
i5-6500

Yeah you're definitely gonna want to get a CPU upgrade. I get like 3000fps on minecraft if I turn all the settings down.

Arma 3 and Ark are poorly optimized games, so expect to see very poor performance. H1Z1 i'm not all quite sure. you may want to check their respective pages in the PCgamingwiki for some possible tweaks.

I reckon you meant the Athlon x4 860K? Not a great CPU to pair with a 1070, but it will do for if budget is an issue right now. if you're running a single stick of 8GB RAM instead of 2x4GB sticks, that's also a possible cause. and just to be safe, may help to inform us what PSU you're currently using
