Replacing pirated windows with purchased version

I had a pirated copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, and want to replace it with the Windows 7 Home Premium that I purchased. I downloaded an ISO for Windows 7 Home Premium from the vendor I purchased from and mounted it on a DVD-R; however, when I try to boot from the disc, it just boots up my normal Windows. Help?

The ISO itself isnt bootable you have to extract whats in it (burn it) to a dvd or flash drive with something like Rufus

Then change the bootdisk to it then boot from it
