Hello everyone,
I wanted to increase my system's ram, but it supports only ddr3 1333mhz.

My current rig:
Amd Phenom ii x4 955 BE (Deneb)
Asus M5a97 le r 2.0
Kingston HyperX Blu 4gb 1600mhz
Msi Gtx 1060 3gb
CM Elite 400w PSU

I want to install ddr4 16gb but my processor only supports ddr3 1333(due to motherboard's memory controller, it is not under-clocking the ram and running it at full 1600mhz).
So to install ddr4 i will have to buy new cpu and motherboard.

So please suggest me that would it be okay to spend like around 30k for
Intel i5 7600
Asus B250f
G skill ddr4

or should i just buy ddr3 16gb on mhy current rig. Please Help!!!

Thank You

PS: I live in Delhi, India and I need it for gaming

Solution
The psu isn't that great and I don't know the conversion rates but it looks like a solid build and if it fits your budget it will definitely be a great gaming rig.

If you're comfortable spending that much for a core system replacement (CPU, Motherboard, RAM), then I'd probably recommend going that route:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (₹21000.00 @ Amazon India)
Motherboard: Asus STRIX B250F GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (₹11000.00 @ Amazon India)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory (₹9300.00 @ Amazon India)
Total: ₹41300.00
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If not, then just try and find the identical RAM kit you currently have or just replace what you have with a DDR3-1333 16GB (2x8GB) kit.
