Yup the Case is one issue if the heatsink bigness issue. If your case is two narrow get the M9i but if your RAM is the only problem get the H7.

As far as the processor socket is concerned it can fit. But it also depends on your case dimensions and RAM height.
Your case width must be greater than 16cm for this cooler since the height of the cooler is 15.9cm.
