Replace my boot SSD with a SSD and connected it to a PCI running SATA3, but it switched to a SATA2

It worked fine for a couple of weeks at SATA3 but then my Win 7 did some updates and now at the boot, the Card flags the port as SATA2.
I really liked the SSD at SATA3 but where can I find why the card says he is downgraded now to STATA2 and /or get it back to the SATA3?

Thanks, yes did reload the drivers, no effect, but, I was able to find the answer.
Dont know why it switched from SATA3 to SATA2 but thought once it switched, dropping the power would reset and it did. I unplugged the power cord for ~ 45 sec, powered on and it came back to SATA3.
