First PC build, are these parts good enough?

So, I was thinking about getting a PC for gaming and recording in 60 fps and Full HD. I would also like to use this computer for editing (not at professional levels) and redering in 1080p/720p. Will these parts be good enough?

-CPU: i5-7600
-GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 (4GB GDDR5)
-HDD: Western Digital 1TB
-SSD: Crucial M.2 MX300, 275GB
-PSU: EVGA Supernova GQ, 750W, Semi-Modular, 80 Plus Gold
-Motherboard: Gigabyte H270-HD3
-Case: Corsair Carbide 400C, Black
-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
-Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 3000 MHz, Black (2x8 GB)

Also, I know 750W is overkill, but I would like to have that in my build to be sure that I have enough juice for my sytem even if I upgrade something.

Well, actually its even alot even if you have a 1080.. Save yourself some money and get a better VGA like the Red Devil 8Gb!

while the Crucial Mx300 is a great SSD, don't get the M2. it's the same speed as the SATA. So you're just wasting lanes.
for recording+editing I'd suggest an i7
a 212 Evo isn't necessary for a non-k CPU. the stock cooler is fine, otherwise a Cryorig M9i would be a wiser choice.
750W is overkill. this setup would run on a 450W PSU.
even a 1080Ti can run on 550W.
Seasonic G costs around the same as the EVGA GQ but is of superior quality imo

I'm getting the M2 so that I am able to take off the ssd mounting slots behind the case to have more space for cable management. I am only editing short 720/1080p videos (5 minutes max, because my connection sucks) so I think the i5 would be good enough for my needs (I have a budget, so I don't want to spend too much for an i7 either). Thanks for the suggestion about the cooler, but were I currently live, the Cryorig M9i takes ages to be delivered, so I think I'm going to leave the Hyper 212 Evo in my rig. Anyways, I will get a PSU with lower wattage, since I acknowledge that 750w is way too much, even for upgrades.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to get the 8GB version of the RX 480, but I won't get the i5-7600k, since I don't plan on overlclocking.
