I ran Valley Benchmark and I noticed that my results were low, so I ran it again on a fresh installation of Windows 10 on a separate HDD and with the same drivers, same settings, same overclock, same PC hardware, same benchmark preset, and I'm getting 10 more frames per second...

What do you think could be causing this? I ran Bit Defender and Malwarebytes scans, I restored the default settings in NVCP's 3D settings and ticked max performance, as well as high performance mode in Windows. I did a clean installation of Nvidia drivers, used the Nvidia uninstallation tool, and reinstalled them again.

The graphics card is a 1080 FTW Hybrid, and all of my other hardware is listed in my sig. All suggestions are appreciated.

No I ran numerous benchmarks and the results are consistent.
