Yesterday night everything started lagging. Boot up time takes ages and even the bios lags. As well as this chrome lags and games such as lol (online) or Nier automata are in slow motion, but the fps and ping are fine. The weird part is if i play WoW the game runs smoothly with no issues compared to the rest of my computer. I have checked the cpu and ram usuage, they have normal numbers and temperatures. tried booting without the HDD the bios is still laggy and tried anti-virus programs like norton, but it found no issues, even with the power eraser. I'm stuck on whats wrong with my pc any help is appreciated.
