My rig:
-Corsair Spec 1 Red Mid Tower
-MSI Gaming 5 z97 MOBO
-Cryorig M9i CPU cooler (1 fan has the option to mount a 2nd)
-i7 -4790k @Stock Clock
-GTX 970 SC ACX
-16GB PNY DDR3 1600mhz
-500gb SAMSUNG EVO SSD
-1tb WD Blue
-600w Bronze EVGA PSU

This error has just started happening about 3 days ago, I have had the pc for about 4-6 months now, and have not installed anything new prior. Im using the same pc right now and it did the weird distortion but came back only when drivers are not installed.

Might I add that my pc if left to progressively worsen without temporarily remedying the issue. It will come up with weird and crazy colors, and the windows boot screen will be heavily distorted and sometimes loop over and over again.

With the 3 days of BSOD every now and again, if I delete my graphics drivers and do a clean install it will buy me time, like a day maybe 2. If I see the BSOD it will happen again and again progressively worsening until I do a clean install to reset the process. I have no idea why.

Here is a list of solutions I have tried:
1. Restoring PC
2. Clean install of latest/stable drivers.
3. Check Memory

I have tried to do the whole, rename old NVLDDMKM.SYS file and replace it with new one, except I don't have a NVLDDMKM.SYS file AT ALL and don't know how to replace it.

If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated, just got a couple new games and it sucks not being able to play them. Thanks for any and all replies.
