Will a vostro 200 support a Core 2 Quad and therefore a Xeon Quad Core

I have a Dell Vostro 200 and am hoping to upgrade to a core 2 quad, buuut if it supports a core 2 quad then therefore it should work with a modded quad core Xeon, but on dells bios upgrade page it isnt very specific when it says "supports newer intel cpus"
So im just wondering if this upgrade is even possible

Sadly i am very sure i have a G33mo2, my vostro came with a duo
I was hoping i would be able to use a core 2 quad with a bios update
although it would make sense if this was a hardware limitation with the way dell does things
