Which is better: Dark Rock 3 or Dark Rock Pro 3?

Hi guys, I'm trying to choose between these two be quiet! coolers. I've found a couple direct comparisons online and the margin seems to be 1-2 degrees tops. Is paying the premium on the Pro 3 worth it or will I get almost the same results with the standard Dark Rock 3? I'm going to be cooling a 4790k (maybe with a bit of OC) for the time being, with the possibility of replacing that with a Ryzen at some point.

The new go for noctua dh-15, best air cooler that perform equivalent to many AIO coolers available. A bit heavy cooler but if you want to air cool with some overclocking, this is the cooler you want on your processor.
Be quiet! Dark rock. Pro 3 is also a very good cooler for the same price. You can't go wrong with any one of these.

the difference in cooling is around 1 or 2 degrees so its really not worth if you're paying that much over the dark rock 3. The dark rock pro 3 is rated for up to 250 watts TDP while the dark rock 3 for up to 190 watts.

This. If you are going to overclock don't bother with air coolers. Go for liquid coolers preferably with 240mm or 280mm radiators. Great choices would be cryorig A80 ultimate, NZXT kraken X62, corsair h115i, NZXT kraken x52, cryorig A40 ultimate, corsair h110i.
