Specs:
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 10 pro x64

The problem
My computer stopped responding while I'm in game a few times and after checking the Event Viewer I saw that the display driver was the issue.
I went to check for updates but found out there isn't any for such an old GPU.
So I tried to re-install but now all I manage to install Is the AMD Install manager which does nothing, It doesn't Install any driver or software.

Keep in mind
The fans of the GPU are working.
I have one monitor connected to the HDMI port of the motherboard and working
and a second monitor connected to the HDMI port of the GPU that is not detected by windows.

What I tried
uninstalling all the drivers with DDU and installing the AMD Install Manager again
Cleaning the GPU and re-inserting it to its slot
Installing the Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta instead of the Catalyst Software Suite.

I will highly appreciate any help with the matter!

Solution
The GPU is working again!

After I removed it again I deleted all the AMD software and again re-inserted him, When I tried to install the driver again it worked.

Thank you for trying to help!

Thanks for the reply, I do not have any computer to do that with so if that's the only way forward Ill take the card to a tech lab and let them determine the card's fate.

I noticed that you are using integrated graphics, from the motherboard, as well as the 6850, is there some reason for that?

What I'd do is uninstall the drivers for both integrated graphics and 6850. Shut down and remove the videocard. Now boot up, using the integrated graphics. Install the latest drivers for your integrated graphics. The idea is to get the computer back to a 'clean' position, as if you'd never had a videocard installed. Test the computer and make sure it's working normally. Download the last certified drivers for your card, not beta drivers. Now shut down and install the card. Connect ONE monitor to the card, nothing to the motherboard graphics. Boot up and install the drivers. What happens then?

I've got a monitor connected to the motherboard so I can work without my GPU and one connected to the GPU so ill see if the GPU start's working again.

Ill try your suggestion and report back, thanks for the reply!
