Hi. I am wondering if I could use a Bios flash file from Biosagentplus (which gives out such files only for flashing from the windows OS) and use it with Linflash(or any other Linux Bios flashing utility) because I am worried about re infecting my computer with a nasty windows virus which has been troubling me for more than a year.(I want to use linux for flashing because the virus seems to be dormant under a linux live cd).
If I cant use Linflash, could I do it from the command line from the same .zip file that Biosagentplus sends me for flashing under windows? Thanks for your advice.

Solution
Why not just flash from within the bios? Put the unpacked bios file on an empty stick (fat32) stick it in,go into the bios and find the flash utility there, use it.It should detect the file on the stick and flash it.
