I had a copy of the game on my old PC and it could barely do 60 FPS I made a PC around a couple of months ago and want to start playing it again as it ran poorly and i rarely played it as a result but i installed it and updated the game then i try to play it and it stays at the lowest resolution i can't change the resolution or framerate as apparently it has near maxxed out my VRAM and if i change any setting it goes back to default i have an Asus ROG Strix RX480 8GB any one know of anything i can do for example any mods or settings changes i know of this thing if i can remember there was a thing where you could write in a file and put that file in the install folder and it would force the game to run at those settings
