Hello . I have a budget of 450 €. After a lot of reaserch I've come to those 2 options

G4560
GTX 1050
Avexir core blue 8 gb ddr4
240 gb ssd
Case and psu
Asus lga 1151 mobo

Or..
G4560
GTX 1050 ti
500 gb HDD
Case and psu
Asus lga 1151 mobo
Which one is worth buying

The one with the 1050Ti will have a minor performance increase when gaming.

The one with the SSD will feel much faster for everyday use.

Personally, I would prefer a computer to feel much faster in general rather than have a minor improvement for games.
