How to rollback after an overclock?

So i just tried overclocking from 4 to 4.3 ghz and increased my voltage by 0.05.
Upon applying the change ive just got a blavk screen with A2 in the bottom right and if I hit del then "entering setup" appears but nothing happens.
How do i undo these changes? Didnt really ramp anything up enoigh ti break it, I hope.

remove battery from motherboard with power cord disconnected from wall/power/cpu for 2-3 mins put it back in place and power it up should be all defaults on cmos

What do you mean by mobo battery?
I've taken out the psu power cable and held on the power button for a few seconds to discharge the capacitors.

Look for this on the motherboard:

Remove for 30 seconds, replace, and boot. You can turn off the PSU with the switch in the back first, don't need to completely unplug it from the wall socket.

Every board has a CMOS reset jumper or button - you don't need to remove the battery , just short the pins for 10 seconds.

What board & CPU is it ??
