So I was searching for laptops that have best overal performance for like ~500$, and i found this one, Acer E15 with Nvidia GTX940mx and i5-6200u, but it was bit more then my budget so i bought slightly lower version, acer F15 with Nvidia GTX940mx, i3-6100u, and 6gb RAM (2gb less then E15).
My problem is that he was (on Acer E15 laptop) runing Guild wars at best performance ~130fps, autodetect (ideal graphic settings) ~ 85-90fps, BUT my laptop, with only slight disadvantage at cpu runs best performance at ~70fps (60 fps difference holy ****) and on autodetect at ~45fps, which is huge comparing to 85-90fps
Next game that i like to play, LoL, his performance at max settings is average 115-120fps, mine is freaking 45-70, like, how..

This are the videos which I am talking about Acer E15 LoL (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDSWqzeNImg&t=370s), and GW2 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Gd1j5X13uI&t=183s).

Most classic solutions: - Drivers not up to date - mine are, just installed all new, cuz new laptop.
- Heat problems - I don't have, temps are around 65 gpu and cpu while gaming
- Games not playing on dedicated graphic card - I checked, mine are playing on 940mx.

So, what could be the problem for so huge fps difference. I'm sure that it cant be cuz of i3 or cuz of 2gb less RAM...

You got an i3 instead of an i5
That's a fairly significant difference.
They both have the same base frequency but the i5 has turbo which will boost it to 2.8Ghz while gaming.

Also the AMOUNT of ram is 6GB which means the RAM can't run in Dual Channel mode.

Generally you should buy:
2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB or 64GB
To allow for dual channel mode.

Im aware of difference i5>i3, but the fps difference is too damn high, like 60 fps difference?!, mostly it is like 10, 15 at max. not 60..

Well despite what Dark Lord mentioned about i5>i3 and you're not in dual channel mode, you're basing this difference off auto-detected settings. Your auto-detect might have chosen different settings for whatever reason. Only way to know if you're really running the same settings is to ask his and compare to yours.

Edit: You did mention you both tried LoL on max. Either it's really just that the i3 can't compete (LoL is very CPU intensive) + not running dual channel ram, or there's something wrong in your power settings/turbo boost.

If you want real gaming performance get a desktop. With a laptop you get what you get unless you pay twice the price of a competent desktop and then limited or no upgradability. Only thing they have going for them is mobility. Also most laptops will be tuned down because of heat and battery life. Sorry to rain on your parade but it is what it is.

Firstly, I have a laptop cuz of mobility, I simply cant have desktop pc.
My conclusion is that the i5>i3 is huge difference, which can be for sure, but I never encountered that huge difference before. Secondly, dual channel, seems like most obvious answer, but, in cpu-z, under memory, channel, it says dual, not single, idk how.
Now, GW2, my autodetect is literally almost the same as his, i even got lower shadows, other thing are same.
Thanks everybody for answers, I guess I just have to live with this unusually low fps, its not terrible ofc, but not even close to what I expected or it should/shouldn't be.
