Can my mother board Asus H110M-R/C/SI run the EVGA 1050 Ti graphic card? I have an i7 6700 3.4 GHz and 8 GB of ram

Yes. All you need is 1 x PCI Express 3.0/2.0 x16 slot which your motherboard supports. I see you are running a micro atx motherboard so if you have it in a smaller case make sure the graphics card will fit it. Also make sure your power supply is adequate.
