Overclock q6600 to 3.0ghz

Solution
Yeah theck out one of the widely available guides.
But for a quick step i would say:

FSB 400 MHz
Multiplier: 8.0x
Memory synchronous (1:1 or 2.00 depending on the motherboard manufacturer)
PCIe: fixed to 100 MHz
VCore: ~1.35-1.4v
RAMv: 1.8v
NB/MCH: try it nor the default voltage, if not stable try around 0.05-0.1v more. (different chipsets use different values, so more information might be useful)
VTT: default voltage (not auto, look for a setting called something like "normal", or set it manually to the reported default)

That should give you 3.2 GHz and is something almost all Q6600 G0 could do.
For 3.0 GHz try 333 FSB and 9.0x multiplier.
