pc cooling fan

My pc cooling fan is very noisy at pc startup..but after 15min it noise becomes very less..i want to ask is it safe to run it like this..or should i change it...i will change if it can damage other components...?

I checked the bios version is f12..and it has been started since i installed new gpu and new psu...but noise is surely coming from cooling fan..

Is the fan loose? Are you talking about the gpu's cooling fan or the cpu's cooling fan?

Gpu and cpu fans are fine but the fan which cools other fan is the problem..it is placed just below psu..it is loose but i m unable to fix it....

If your psu is top mounted, it sounds like you are talking about the cpu cooler directly underneath. This shouldn't be loose. Is it a stock intel heat sync?

Don't take the processor out of the socket, just reseat the heatsync.

Yeah...the exhaust fan...i didnt know that name before...it is making noise...so what should i do...i cant send u the picture right now...i m outside..

That's an easy fan to inspect. Make sure it's screwed in tightly and if the noise persists or it sounds broken purchase a replacement.
