The ASUS has better VRMs (power management) should you ever want to overclock your FX-8350. Its not the MSI can't overclock it, the ASUS just should be better at it since the VRMs will run cooler and more efficiently (the ASUS also uses slightly less power at load even at stock - just a better quality motherboard). If you have no interest in that the MSI is generally cheaper.

Well they both support it, and the only benefit of the ASUS I see over the MSI is the fact that it has RBG LED lighting. I would personally just go with the MSI because it's cheaper. If you like RGB, go with the ASUS. Both seem high in quality connectors and capacitors. The MSI has more reviews on Newegg, but rated the same.

Note: I'm also partial to MSI boards because I've never had an MSI croak on me early vs. the 3 ASUS boards I've had show up dead or die quick.

I agree with Kyle, although personally I am partial to Asus (haven't had a bad experience yet). But everyone I know with MSI says they're solid. So I would say go with the MSI and save $20 unless you really want the RGB.
