Slow internet browsing

Hi there.
I have problem with my internets browsing through my laptop(wifi), sometimes videos load very slowly and some pages too, but on other computer(cable) or phone(wifi) its very fast. But when I'm on different network with my laptop, everything is ok, browsing is very good.
Maybe there is some problem with router and how can I fix that?

What's the laptop model or wifi adapter model? Are you using 2.4ghz wireless or 5ghz?

Laptop model - ASUS X556U, and I think I'm using 2,4ghz wireless. And I have been on other networks where is routers model is same and there was no problem.

Well how far are you away from the router, how many walls are between you?
Your neighbors may be using the same wifi channel on the 2.4 band and thus causing interference, this is even more of an issue when you are on the other side of the house as the router.

It doesn't matter how far from router I'm. But how about phone, there is no problem with that. And the speed is slow when i'm watching videos or some specific pages, but download speed is great.

You can run a speedtest and compare your connection speeds. That will test your hardware and configs on different locations/networks.

aaaah, I know what speedtest is. Download 30 mbps, upload 10 mbps, but there sometimes is problem with connection with speedtest, some error pops out. Error like this -
