Since i bought the 1050 i'm having GPU spikes (60%-72%-90%) in GTA IV(2008) all the time and therefore low fps.
Card Temp never reach 60C and the CPU has average usage
I've never had this kind of issue with mi old card wich always kept up a 100% usage.

I've tried out:
Reinstalling gpu drivers with DDU (latest, oldest)
Setting the power to "Prefer maximum perfomance"
Vsync off

Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400
MSI GTX 1050 2GB
8 GB RAM
ASUS B150-PRO
w7 Ultimate 64-bit
600W PSU

I already told you, while u play gta 5 your gpu bottleneck your cpu. Games are different on hardware, some games are cpu demanding other are gpu. CSGO is cpu demanding so it will keep your cpu usage to max.
You dont have any issue with your system its normal thing, dont worry play games and be happy. Cya

Ohh you didnt mention u have lag or stuttering, all u told is usage. BF1 or GTA5 on higher settings use more than 2gb vram, this why u have fps drops or freeze, tweak your graphics settings in game a bit down, use msi afterburner or similar to monitor your VRAM usage.

I'm just using 1.1gb vram. if i play at lower settings, the usage never reach 40% (getting 35 avg fps).
if i play maxed out, the usage sttutter 37%-50%-60%-99% getting the same annoying avg fps.

i'm not have modern titles right now, otherwise i would test it.
