How do I power a 15Pin SATA connection?

hi guys,

im a recent Mac to Pc converter... sorry.

I've bought a USB-C PCi express card from AUKEY - http://bit.ly/2nNyQ3I

It has a 15 pin sata connection on the back. I'm just wondering where do I connect this in order to power up any plugged in devices? Motherboard or PSU? Help!

The SATA 15 pin power supply connector is one of the standard peripheral power connectors in computers today because it's the standard connector for all SATA-based hard drives and optical drives.

Wow, my appolgies, been a long day, i changed the post, the 15 pin is from your power supply NOT your motherboard.
