Just after some advice on this build, taken me ages to sort so hoping it's gonna work ok,

This build is just for WoW legion and that's all I'll play, will this build work ok? Also will these components fit into this tower? http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/112338265286

Obviously the price shown isn't the full price as some prices are missing

Full price on amazon without the case is £383

Any advice is much appreciated

That case isn't going to work, at all. It isn't made for what you are wanting to do with it. That Zalman case isn't big, either. You are going to have to spend more to get anything significantly smaller.

That was one thing I was debating, other than that do you think it will be ok? I'm useless with things like this but been researching a lot the last few days! As for the case, do you think I will fit everything in?

That 212 evo is not needed, for a pentium, and I doubt it would fit in that case anyway. You can use the savings to get the better Pentium G4560, B250 motherboard, and 8gb ram.

This is probably about as small as you are going to get system wise.

Sticking with M-ATX, this would be smallest.
