Is it due to you putting the ram stick in the wrong slot?
If you have four slots of RAM, you may have put the RAM stick in the wrong spot and as such, try finding your model of your computer and seeing where to put the RAM stick.
Some slots may not recognize so you may have to arrange your RAM sticks in a different order. Just check on your manufacturers website or the place you got the motherboard from.
With this, you can find where to put a second or third RAM stick in one of the slots.

I did it is in the right spot but what I noticed is the new ram stick. I bought doesn't fit in correctly I'm gonna return it but still even with one ram stick won't run tried all slots I've been trying to fix this for the whole day and nothing

You inserted it,but it doesn't fit in,hope you didn't wreck the slot to get that done and with it your motherboard.

Did you try a clear cmos?
