I installed a new hard drive, cleaned out components and case with a can of compressed air, especially the graphics card. Tried turning back on when done and it kept going on and off in a loop, only staying on for half a second with no signal to monitors. I unplugged the graphics card, usb's, hard drives and CD drive individually and collectively and still the same. Tried a new psu today and it did the same, eventually turning on normally after leaving it to spaz out for a while. Now it turns on fine but still no signal to the monitors. I can't try it with onboard graphics because I don't own any VGA cables or monitors. Does anyone have a clue what is going on ?
