I have a SAGER laptop and have been experiencing some problems recently. When I boot up my computer it reads :

Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller Series v1.27 (10/31/11)
PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, Check Cable

PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE Rom.
Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."
I thought I knew what was happening and tried to take matters into my own hands. When I went into the BIOS I found that my Main hard drive wasn't listed, so I just assumed that it was loose, but after taking it out and putting it back in 10 times I'm starting to think I'm wrong on that one. I also (foolishly) decided to mess around in the BIOS to see if I could get my hard drive to pop up somehow. In the process I set my SSD mode to RAID without researching what it did, and now when my computer boots up I can no longer enter the BIOS and the screen no longer displays the message and instead is just black. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Putting the drive to RAID should not have done anything with the BIOS. There should be a key to press to get into the BIOS, F1, F2, Esc, you can look up specifics for your model. Then set the drive mode to what it was before, probably AHCI.

You may have a bad drive or bad motherboard connection.
