AMD Drivers Crashing Desktop

So, I have a HD 7770. I put it into my pc, load windows and go to the AMD website. I download the latest 17.3.3 drivers. Everything is going fine, until my computer randomly freezes. I can't move the cursor and can't type anything. It happens when Amd is "Installing Graphic Drivers." I thought it was just coincidence, but it keeps happening. I tried to download it through Device Manager, but the same thing happens. I am installing it through my Intel HD 2500, because when I plug HDMI into the GPU my monitor says No Signal and stays black.

I really need help to fix this problem.

There are no blue screen of deaths. I tried reseating the GPU. Not sure my bios is up to date. I think it's a windows 10 vs AMD driver problem.

I opened a bunch of programs and the load stayed under 70%

OK. I don't know what happened. My computer randomly froze, even though I wasn't installing drivers. I restarted my computer. And I had this feeling to check device manager. And I say that it said HD 7770 instead of Microsoft Basic Driver. I was like what the heck. So I restarted my computer, but this time from the GPU and IT WORKED! MY GPU IS WORKING NOW. It's been a couple of minutes, so I don't know if it is fully fixed or something. I'll post after a day to see if my computer is gonna crash or do anything weird.

I think the solution was a windows update I did a couple days ago.
