Hi. I just want to add more ram in my pc and want to make it 8gb. is it possible? my current ram is 2gb. and this is my mobo specs. thankyou

Yes, adding more ram shouldn't be a problem. It's actually preferred since 8GB has become a standard and 4GB should be the minimum amount for PC to run efficiently. Just be be sure to get the right DDR module that your motherboard supports.

it comes with 2gb ram only. how can i get the exact model of the motherboard?

To find your motherboard model go to command prompt (type 'cmd' in start and it should show up)
In command prompt type: wmic baseboard get product
It will show your motherboard model in the next line
