i5-3570K CPU load insanely high after installing GTX 1070

Hello!

The GTX 1070 is an extremely powerful card, and the more powerful the card is, the heavier amount of information it has to communicate with the CPU. In other words, the CPU now has to satisfy the powerful GTX 1070, so this isn't a bad thing, but when running graphically intensive tasks.
