Should i wait for the RX 500 series or Vega

Im currently building.I want to play current and future games at 60+fps at ultra or high settings at 1080p.And i have been thinking of getting the the GTX 1060 6gb or should i wait for the RX 500 series or Vega.I can afford to spend below $300 on the Video card

This is correct ^ but if you don't want to wait a RX 480 8GB/GTX 1060 6GB can handle most games at High/Ultra 1080p if you can afford one. RX 500 Series coming soonish is just a Polaris refresh so RX 470/480, etc with a bit more juice so could be worth waiting for. Vega will be the high end cards coming out if i'm not mistaken so shouldn't really be a card that would appeal to a 1080p gamer. More competitors to Nvidia's high end like the GTX 1080 or thereabouts. Time will tell. ;)
