I can't find my HDD

I formatted my hdd and factory resetted my pc and reinstalled everything got it running well except now i can't even find my hdd in disk management its still new its connected it was working fine 5 hours ago how do discover it please help

Have you already reseated everything - especially the hard-drive cabling. I'm assuming a desktop; if it's a laptop, it is possible to freshen the motherboard - hard-drive connection by gently unplugging and replugging the internal HD.
