I build a pc few weeks ago, it was seem pretty fine and working well. The problem is starting yesterday. The pc can turn on as usual but the monitor got no signal after few minutes. The graphic driver is upgraded to latest.

I tried to remove the graphic card and connect the vga cable to intergrated graphic card and it work fine with no issue.

Is my graphic card dead?
And sorry for my broken english

Cpu : intel pentium g4560
Mobo: gigabyte h110m gaming 3
Ram: gskill ripjaws 8gb
Gpu: gigabyte gtx 550ti (used)
Monitor: 24" lg monitor(24mp68)

Solution
guessing by the fact that it's used there could be something wrong with it, try this, try using msi-afterburner and when you could get to windows using that card open it up and set the clock and memory speed down, if it does work stable on the lower clocks that means the gpu is probably slowly dying
