R9380 2gb csgo fps low

amd a10-7890k cpu using asus r9 380 2gb but still my fps on csgo is stuck at 60. Why this happen? Should I get better fps with this cpu and gpu? 12 gb ram btw.

When you say stuck at 60 do you mean can't go higher? If so turn V-Sync off. It locks 60 FPS unless your monitor is a high refresh rate say 120 Hz. Your CPU is a little weak but with a R9 380 more than capable of pushing 100+ FPS in CSGO at anything below 4K.
