Does this seem like a quality pc build for $1,000?

I have put together a list of components for my soon-to-be gaming pc and was hoping to get some insight on whether I have a good balance in performance(no bottle-necking) or not. Is it priced reasonably? This is my first pc build so any suggestions or comments will help me out a lot! I will be using it for GTA, LOL, Star Citizen, etc. I plan on purchasing all of the components within the next couple days. I will be using my 40" VIZIO 1080p 60hz tv as a monitor. Is this build too advanced for such a screen? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Here is the list:

Hard to say how you will run at Star Citizen the game has almost no optimisation at the moment lol. but GTA V and LOL should be a breeze as would most games at 1080p High/Ultra. Build seems pretty well balanced overall which is what you were looking for but i would suggest a bigger SSD or getting a 1TB HDD or SSHD on the side for gaming and bulk storage. Your 250GB will full up very fast with those games. GTA V alone is above 70GB now if i'm not mistaken (been a year since i last downloaded at like around ~65GB. Also i would grab a 80+ Gold PSU at lower wattage if i were you. 750W is way more than enough for this build 500W would do the trick but try grab a more efficient and reliable power supply. Corsair, EVGA, XFX and SilverStone should have a few of those under $100 have a look. Hope this helps

*Edit* I run Star Citizen at around 20-30 FPS in the Universe and in Arena Commands with a i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz OC, R9 390X 8GB also OC'd and that exact 16GB Vengeance LED 3200 RAM Kit. CPU usage around 60-70% constantly, RAM at 8-9GB usage and GPU usage around 10% at most (like i said optimisation hasn't really been a focus just yet). It slaughters CPUs and uses loads of RAM yet the GPU is left doing very little at all. For reference my clan mate runs the around the same with 2x GTX 1080, i7-5820K and 16GB RAM also.

How is the game? I have gtx 1070, will I be able to run it at 60fps?

When they do the performance updates sure (includes moving to Vulkan API!) but this should be update 3.0 if im not mistaken (the next major update coming in May/June?). At the moment hardware means very little. The Universe is locked at 30 FPS and Arena Commander is pretty spiky from 30-60 and this is the same for everyone. From GTX 650/i5 4670 users all the way to GTX 1080/i7 5820K as i mentioned.

I appreciate the info/suggestions. I will look into extra storage as well as possibly another PSU! I might just stay away from Star Citizen for now.

If you want an aftermarket cpu cooler could you make do with one that is half the price,something like these,

Alot of money spend on ram as well. This will not go to 3200mhz,but only up to 2400mhz and maybe just bought for the leds,but you got to wonder if it's worth it.
