Your not going to build a gaming PC that will last for 10 years.
The average life of a gaming PC is around 5/6 years on a overclockable processor and a video card upgrade at least one time in middle of that time frame to keep up with changing demands.
Their not a left handed or right handed build.

Hello I have created a build for you :

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tdVzMZ

You said you will be multitasking and gaming so i put the ryzen 5 1600 in there which excels in both, be sure to overclock it for more gaming performance.

I put 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram in the build because faster ram increases ryzen cpu performance and 16gb is needed for multitasking.

I put in the 1tb Seagate firecuda hybrid hard drive because it will make everything much faster, from booting up windows or game load times.

I put in the gtx 1060 6gb because it is the same gpu power that xbox one x uses and xbox one x is a 4k gaming machine. 4k is 4 x 1080p. You are only running 3 x 1080p so you should still get better performance than xbox one x 4k gaming console.

I chose a very nice budget mid tower case with many features such as side window and dust filters as the builds case, I could not find a case in that price as good as this one.

The 620w psu will power your entire build and there is also room to overclock the cpu, but i do not think there is enough room to add more things into your computer or overclock other things. It is fully modular which makes cable management much easier than non modular.

I chose a basic optical drive for installation of OS, you can also use it for other cds and dvds.

I put in Windows 10 as the OS, Windows 10 is the latest Microsoft OS and performs better than Windows 7 for games.

I put in 4 cheap and high performance case fans for you to install in your system to keep it nice and cool and to prevent it from overheating. You would install 2 in the front, 1 in the back, and 1 on the top.

I put in 3 23.8 inch frameless 1080p ips 4ms monitors. The frameless design will make it very good for a 3 monitor set up. The ips panel has very good colors and viewing angles which are superior to other panel types, this makes it very good for a 3 monitor set up. The 4ms response time is the fastest an ips panel can currently be, it is very good and fast for gaming.

Lastly for the peripherals i put in a nice led multimedia gaming keyboard, a very nice gaming mouse with a maximum dpi of 7200, and a very good 7.1 channel premium gaming headset with microphone.

The entire build in total comes to $1,505.92.
