Is my CPU dying?

Recently after upgrading my graphics drivers my computer has been a mess. Whenever I use any search engines they freeze up and videos are jittery (yet my mouse works fine). Often they go unresponsive and I have to restart my computer.

Whenever I play games I have constant FPS fluctuation no matter how low my setting, this is weird as I usually never had a problem.

Sometimes when I try logging in to windows it opens a temporary profile and I have to restart to get my normal one.

I get all of these freezes and jitters yet my mouse runs fine, therefore I am suspicious whether or not my CPU is dying (Or does someone think it is something else).

It's an Intel Core i5 760 CPU (2.80 GHz). I have 10GB RAM and Windows 7 Utimate 64bit (but not genuine).

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but I really want to fix my computer and am unfamiliar with these forums.

Solution
Rollback the installed graphics drivers, may be they could cause the issue. If its the latest of version then try with a older version of graphics drivers. Look at the CPU temperature at normal use if you are suspecting the CPU.

How exactly do I rollback the drivers? Do I simply uninstall it and re download the old version?
